The final step in the S.E.E.D framework is to DISCOVER, or to understand the project’s outcome and the potential for improving future projects. It is important to make suggestions for new projects based on past experiences.
Communities should evaluate the outcome of the project. They should partake in a survey or another type of evaluation. The evaluation should help them weigh the success of the project and to find suggestions for future projects. The evaluation will help to improve the way community members work together in the future, and will assist in achieving future goals.
In the final phase, it is imperative for individual stakeholders and leaders to connect with the partners from the first phase of the project. The following partners should re-connect with community leaders to evaluate the success of the project:
- Keep Cincinnati Beautiful
- The City of Cincinnati
- Neighborhood Associations
- Community Councils
- Business Associations
